1. Production & Extraction

• Starting Material: 100% Whole Plant Fresh Frozen (WPFF).³ Ahti harvests at peak maturity and immediately flash-freezes the flower to lock in the “living” terpene profile.⁴

• Process: 1. Ice Water Wash: Trichomes are separated in a sub-zero environment.2. Solventless Press: The resulting bubble hash is pressed between heated plates using only mechanical pressure—no solvents or chemicals.5

• The “Fresh Press” Difference: Unlike “Cold Cure” (which is whipped and aged), Fresh Press is jarred immediately after coming off the plates.⁶ This preserves the rosin in its most natural, unadulterated state.

• The Flavor: Because the terpenes haven’t been homogenized (whipped), you often experience distinct layers of flavor during a single dab—starting with bright top notes and ending with deeper, earthy finishes.

Storage and Handling (Critical)

Fresh Press is the most delicate concentrate on the market.

• Storage: Must be kept in a freezer. Even 24 hours at room temperature can cause the rosin to nucleate (budder out), changing the flavor and texture forever.¹¹

   

• Dabbing Protocol: 1. Take the jar out of the freezer.2. Wait 15–20 minutes for the jar to reach room temperature before opening.12 Opening it cold will cause moisture to condense on the rosin, ruining the product.

  3. Chip off a small “shard” with a cold tool and dab at low temperatures (250°C/480°F) for the best flavor.
