1. Active Ingredients (Composition)

Typically, each 10 mL dose contains a combination of the following (Standard Japan/International formulation):

• Dihydrocodeine Phosphate: 10 mg (Narcotic cough suppressant/Antitussive).

• dl-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride: 25 mg (Bronchodilator; helps open airways).

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 4 mg (Antihistamine; reduces sneezing and runny nose).

• Anhydrous Caffeine: 30 mg (Counteracts drowsiness).

• Licorice (Glycyrrhiza) Extract: Often included for its soothing effect on the throat.
