Super Silver Haze, also known as “SSH” or “SS Haze,” is a sativa dominant hybrid strain created through crossing the infamous Skunk X Northern Lights X Haze strains. Known for being the king of all Sativas in the nineteen nineties, Super Silver Haze has taken home many awards from various Cannabis Cups throughout the years. Carefully bred by Shantibaba and Neville (two well-known breeders), the development of this stain began while Shantibaba was at Greenhouse seeds in the very early nineties.
The high starts fast and hard, slamming into your mind almost as soon as you exhale with a stoney and lifted effect. You’ll feel a sense of energy wash over you that’s filled with creative motivation and happiness, lending itself well to any artistic task that you have at hand. However, your head will be pretty hazy, so don’t plan on focusing on much of anything for too long.
This energy soon seeps into your body, getting you up and moving without affecting any physical aches or pains. With these heady effects and its high 18-23% average THC level, Super Silver Haze is often chosen to treat conditions such as chronic fatigue, depression, chronic stress, migraines or headaches and nausea or appetite loss.
This bud has a classic spicy herbal flavor with a sharp sour citrus exhale. The aroma takes as skunky turn, with spicy herbs and sour citrus throughout. The budtender recommended this strain. It smelled amazing and was a good deal, so I got few ounces. It tested at 20%+ THC so I wasn’t sure I expected too much… boy was I wrong. My tolerance level is high (I smoke on average 5 joints a day), and this bud had me feeling its effects for hours! … definitely an energizing high, but not extremely focused. Definitely hits your head, then you realize it hit your body as well, but you’re too in bliss to care. The terps went crazy with this one as well. Stoney for a sativa, but energizing; may sound weird, but I love the combo. Gonna hopefully cop more soon. Fuego!!

It sticks around quite a while. The skunk gets deep in your sinuses and hits behind the eyes. — Like other hazes, the smoke on this is dense and sweet. It’s very crisply lemon and interestingly the skunk comes out on the exhale very powerfully. — This was a daytime smoke for me, so I could be productive and I definitely was. This really got me uplifted, this was very sativa in it’s focus. Throughout the day I was hard working and I accomplished quite a bit.

Once you try this out, you’re hooked… Depression symptoms are minimal if at all. Long lasting effects… Hard to find, was worth the hunt.
Put my anxiety through the roof. Strong solid high good for daytime but didnt help with my stress at all.
